BANANA, OAT and PRUNE BREKKY SMOOTHIE

After trying this smoothie you’ll be left wondering why you haven’t tried this combination in the past. It’s delicious & satisfying.

Prep time: 5 minutes.
1 medium banana
1/2 cup regular fat natural yoghurt
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsp rolled oats
40g Australian prunes, pitted (approx. 5)
1 tsp honey
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and frothy.
